Your memory — what CHOW remembers

AskCHOW's memory system is designed with transparency: - You can see everything CHOW remembers about you at askchow.ai/memory - You can edit any memory item at any time - You can delete individual memory items or clear all memory - You can export your complete memory as JSON or text - Memory has source labels showing where it came from (conversation, file, your explicit save) - Memory has confidence levels: confirmed, likely, uncertain, conflicting, outdated - Private memory is never shown on public pages without your explicit approval

Data storage and security

- All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest - All connections use TLS/HTTPS - API keys are never exposed to the client - Files are processed in memory and stored securely; raw file contents are not retained after processing unless you save them to a project - Session tokens are stored as secure, httpOnly cookies - We use rate limiting and abuse detection to protect all accounts

We handle this carefully: - Sensitive categories are NOT automatically saved to memory - CHOW will recommend professional support for medical, legal, and financial matters - We do not claim to provide licensed professional advice - Sensitive memory items are marked private by default and never appear on public pages

Public pages

If you create a public AskCHOW page (e.g., askchow.ai/yourbusiness): - Only memory items you explicitly approve as "public" are exposed - Private memory is never accessible via public pages - You can revoke public access at any time - Public pages are indexed by search engines unless you disable this in settings
